3.25.010 Contract review board.
Pursuant to ORS 279A.060, the Marion County board of commissioners is the public contract review board for Marion County. [Ord. 1211 § 1, 2005.]
3.25.020 Public contract review board rules.
The Marion County board of commissioners will establish, from time to time, public contracting rules. The rules shall be adopted by ordinance and amended by ordinance. [Ord. 1211 § 2, 2005.]
3.25.030 Amendment of contract review board rules.
The Marion County public contract review board rules are hereby amended as provided in Exhibit A* and incorporated herein by this reference. The Oregon Attorney General’s model rules do not apply to Marion County contracting, unless specifically referenced in the Marion County contracting rules. 3.25.040 Adoption of class exemptions for certain contracts.
Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and 279C.335, the Marion County board of commissioners hereby adopts the attached findings for class exemptions for certain contracts, Exhibit B* to the ordinance codified in this chapter. [Ord. 1211 § 4, 2005.]

3.25.050 Adoption of class exemption – Auditor’s contracts.
Pursuant to ORS 279A.055 and 279B.055, the Marion County board of commissioners hereby adopts the attached findings for a class exemption for auditor’s contracts, Exhibit B* to the ordinance codified in this chapter. [Ord. 1299 § 3, 2010.]
