13.30.010 MINET communication services franchise agreement.

That certain communication services franchise agreement between the City and Monmouth Independence Network (MINET), adopted and approved by Ordinance 1406, a copy of which is attached to said ordinance, is incorporated herein by reference, and shall constitute a nonexclusive communication services franchise authorizing MINET to provide communication services within the City. 13.30.020 Northwest Natural Gas Company franchise agreement.

That certain natural gas franchise agreement between the City and Northwest Natural Gas Company, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance No. 1223, and incorporated herein by reference, shall constitute a nonexclusive natural gas franchise authorizing Northwest Natural Gas Company to provide natural gas services within the City.
