FIRE PREVENTION CODE

15.20.020 Bulk storage of flammable liquids.
15.20.010 Adopted.
The city of Myrtle Creek does hereby adopt in full that certain code known as the Fire Prevention Code, Abbreviated Edition, recommended by the National Board of Fire Underwriters of New York, being particularly the 1950 Edition thereof with all amendments and additions thereto, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated and marked “Exhibit A” as fully as if set out in length herein. [Ord. 235 § 1, 1956].
15.20.020 Bulk storage of flammable liquids.
The limits in Section 312 of said code in which bulk storage of flammable liquids in outside above ground tanks is prohibited are hereby established as follows: the entire city of Myrtle Creek. [Ord. 235 § 2, 1956].
15.20.030 Invalidity.
The invalidity of any section or provision of this chapter or of the code hereby adopted shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. [Ord. 235 § 3, 1956].
