CITY LIENS

In addition to the methods by which liens of the city may now be foreclosed they may also be foreclosed in any manner provided by the laws of the state of Oregon.

3.12.020 Costs and expenses included.
If any lien of the city is not paid within ten days after it is entered on the docket of city liens, there will be added to the lien any costs and expenses incurred by the city in preparing to foreclose or in foreclosing the lien. Such costs and expenses shall include but not be limited to title reports, court costs and attorney’s fees.
