GASOLINE DELIVERY

10.25.010 Restrictions.
No vehicle or unit of vehicles having a combined maximum capacity of more than 10,000 gallons shall be permitted to unload any gasoline or other petroleum fuel with a flash point of less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit within the city of Pilot Rock. [Ord. 254 § 1, 1975].
10.25.020 Definitions.
The term “vehicle” or “unit” shall include a truck or trailer or any other vehicle of whatsoever construction, or any truck, vehicle, trucks, units, or trailers, or tanks. [Ord. 254 § 2, 1975].
10.25.030 Penalties.
Any person violating this chapter upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed $300.00. [Amended during 2011 codification; Ord. 254 § 3, 1975].
