ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS CODE

15.05.010 Adopted.
Pilot Rock adopts the current Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, promulgated by the International Conference of Building Officials; all portions of the code shall be filed with the city recorder and by this reference are made a part of this chapter. [Amended during 2011 codification; Ord. 415 § 1, 1992].
15.05.020 Exclusions.
(1) Any portion of the uniform code not consistent with the laws of the state of Oregon is not part of this chapter and shall not be enforced by the city.
(2) Any portion of the uniform code that provides for the receipt or recovery of fees and costs shall not be enforced or moneys collected if the fees or costs shall be included in the definition of “tax” for purposes of tax limitation under ORS 310.140 or other state statute.
