1.10.010 General code penalty – Designated.

Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this code is guilty of a violation. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by this code, any person convicted of a violation under this code shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000. [Ord. 269 § 1, 1995.
