RIVERFRONT CONNECTOR PLAN

19.36.010 Riverfront connector plan adoption by reference.

(1) The city hereby adopts the St. Helens riverfront connector plan, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Attachment “A” and made part of this reference, as an addendum to the St. Helens comprehensive plan (this title).

(2) Where goals, policies, or regulations differ between the riverfront connector plan, the waterfront development prioritization plan (Chapter 19.28 SHMC), or the riverfront framework plan (Resolution 1765), the riverfront connector plan shall apply. (Ord. 3241 § 3 (Att. B), 2019)
