POLICE POWERS

1.15.010 Designated.
All powers and duties which are stated, defined, or promulgated in any of the statutes of the state of Oregon or in any of the ordinances of the city of Veneta to be done or exercised by city police, police officer, or chief of police, or any other phrase having any of those connotations, shall hereafter devolve upon and be exercised by deputy sheriffs of Lane County, Oregon as they are assigned to duty in the city of Veneta from time to time.
