FRANCIS CITY CODE

1.01.010 Code adoption.
The reorganized and revised ordinances of Francis City attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter are hereby adopted and enacted as the Francis City Code. (Ord. 2016-09 § 1, 2016.)
1.01.020 Publication.
The Francis City Council hereby directs Code Publishing Company to arrange, number and publish the provisions attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter in such titles, chapters and sections as may be appropriate and efficient, including but not necessarily limited to the 18 proposed titles attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter. (Ord. 2016-09 § 2, 2016.)
1.01.030 Severability.
Previous actions by the City Council adopting partial codifications of City ordinances during the codification process are attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and are hereby ratified and confirmed, including Ordinances 2015-01, 2015-02, 2015-04, 2015-05, 2015-07, 2015-08, 2015-09, 2015-10, 2016-01, 2016-05 and 2016-06, except to the extent such partial codification ordinances conflict with the most recent revised text of the proposed City code attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, in which case the most recent revised text attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter shall control.
