2.10.010 Powers and duties.
The Mayor of Francis City shall at all times have those powers and duties set forth in the current version of Utah Code as amended. In addition to all other powers and duties, the Mayor is a regular and voting member of the City Council. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
