2.45.010 Appointment – Powers and duties.

The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, may appoint a City Attorney. The City Attorney shall be a licensed and registered member of the Utah State Bar in good standing. The City Attorney shall have those powers and duties assigned by the Mayor and City Council and as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended.
