MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS

2.65.010 Notice.
Election of the Mayor and City Council members shall be conducted in odd-numbered years as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended. The City Recorder shall publish notice of all elections as provided by law. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
2.65.020 Campaign finance disclosure.
All candidates for the offices of Mayor and City Council shall file campaign finance statements with the City Recorder listing their campaign contributions and expenditures in the time and manner as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended. The application and enforcement of all campaign finance disclosure requirements shall be governed as provided in the current version of the Utah Code as amended. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1, 2015.)
