10.10.010 Parallel parking required.
1. No person shall stand or park a vehicle, or knowingly allow his vehicle to be parked, in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway, headed in the direction of the lawful traffic enforcement and with the right side wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb or outside edge of the shoulder or berm of the roadway on all streets within the incorporated limits of the City of Francis.
2. Violation of this section is an infraction as defined by the Utah Criminal Code. (Ord. 2016-01 § 3, 2016; Ord. 23 §§ 1, 2, 1973.)
10.10.020 Parking prohibited.
1. No motor vehicle or trailer capable of being pulled by a motor vehicle shall be parked or remain parked in the City right-of-way between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 15th to March 15th, inclusive.
2. No motor vehicle or trailer capable of being pulled by a motor vehicle shall be parked or remain parked in the City right-of-way for a 24-hour period after a snowfall of one inch or more. (Ord. 2018-02 §§ 1, 2, 2018; Ord. 2008-01 §§ 1, 2, 2008.)
