15.05.010 Address to be posted.

Each property owner within the City limits of Francis, Utah, shall post the address of each business and residential structure which they own on their said property within days of the passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter and the assignment of address numbers to the property owner. (Ord. 29, 1981.)

15.05.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine not to exceed $299.00. (Ord. 29, 1981.)
