15.20.010 Uniform Plumbing Code adopted.

A certain document, three copies of which are on file and are open for inspection of the public in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Francis, Utah, being marked and designated as the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1985 Edition, Library of Congress No. 78-073977, is hereby adopted as the code of the City of Francis, Utah, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such Uniform Plumbing Code, 1985 Edition, all of which are on file in the office of the City of Francis, Utah, and hereby referred to, are adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter. 15.20.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person, company, entity, or corporation violating any of the terms and provisions of the 1985 Edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $299.00, by imprisonment in the Summit County jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
