17.45.010 Issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy.

No building permits shall be issued for any lots in a subdivision until the required subdivision improvements have been inspected and approved by the City Engineer as substantially complete.

No certificates of occupancy for any structures in a subdivision shall be issued until the required subdivision improvements have received a satisfactory final completion inspection by the City Engineer. (Ord. 2021-13 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 2016-09 § 1, 2016; Ord. 66 § 6.27, 1993.)
