9.52.010 Utah Criminal Code.
The Utah Criminal Code set forth at Section 76-1-101 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the criminal code of Mayfield Town. [Code 1986 § 2-010.]
9.52.020 Utah Code of Criminal Procedure.
The Utah Code of Criminal Procedure as set forth at Section 77-1-1 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the code of criminal procedure of Mayfield Town. [Code 1986 § 2-020.]
9.52.030 Utah Controlled Substances Act.
The Utah Controlled Substances Act as set forth in Section 58-37-1 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the Controlled Substances Act of Mayfield Town. [Code 1986 § 2-030.]
9.52.040 Utah Drug Paraphernalia Act.
The Utah Drug Paraphernalia Act as set forth in Section 58-37a-1 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the Drug Paraphernalia Act of Mayfield Town. [Code 1986 § 2-040.]
9.52.050 Imitation Controlled Substances Act.
The Utah Imitation Controlled Substances Act as set forth in Section 58-37b-1 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the Imitation Controlled Substances Act of Mayfield Town. [Code 1986 § 2-050.]
9.52.060 Criminal offenses provisions of the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
The criminal offenses provisions of the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, as set forth at Section 32a-12-101 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the Mayfield Town criminal offenses provisions of the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. [Code 1986 § 2-060.]
9.52.070 Offenses on school property.
Offenses on school property, as set forth at Sections 53A-3-501 through 53A-3-504, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, is hereby adopted as the offenses on school property provisions of Mayfield Town. [Code 1986 § 2-070.]
9.52.080 Limitations.
Each of the codes and statutes adopted herein is hereby adopted as if fully set forth at length; provided, however, that any provision which is classified as a felony or a class A misdemeanor or which is not enforceable by Mayfield Town under the laws of the state of Utah is excluded. [Code 1986 § 2-080.]
9.52.090 Violations.
Class B and C misdemeanors and infractions found in Title 76, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as they exist now and as amended or enacted in the future, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by this reference as violations of town ordinances. All other class B and C misdemeanors and infractions set forth in the Utah Code Annotated, as amended, as they exist now and as amended or enacted in the future, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by this reference as violations of town ordinances. Peace officers and any public officials charged with enforcement of the law are hereby authorized to cite violations of the town code hereunder. [Code 1986 § 2-090.]
9.52.100 Citation.
For purposes of referring or citing to provisions of the codes and acts adopted herein, the specific provision of the code or act shall be cited by number preceded by MMC Title 2. [Code 1986 § 2-100.]
