PENALTIES

18.225.010 Penalty.
It shall be unlawful to erect, construct, reconstruct, alter, maintain, or use any building or structure, or to use any land in violation of any regulation in this title. Any person, firm, association, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $50.00, together with the cost of the action; every day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. Compliance therewith may also be enforced in an injunctional order at the suit of the city, or the owner or owners of real estate within the district affected by the regulation of this title.
