Fire protection district No. 1 is duly organized and existing as a political subdivision of the county, comprising the lands and premises within the following described legal descriptions (exclusive of incorporated city and towns):

All of Township 20, Range 34 EWM; all of Township 20, Range 35 EWM; all of Township 20, Range 36 EWM; all of Township 20, Range 37 EWM; E½ of Township 18, Range 34 EWM; all of Township 18, Range 35 EWM; all of Township 18, Range 36 EWM; all of Township 18, Range 37 EWM; all of Township 19, Range 34 EWM; all of Township 19, Range 35 EWM; all of Township 19, Range 36 EWM; all of Township 19, Range 37 EWM; all of Township 17, Range 35 EWM; all of Township 17, Range 36 EWM.

Fire protection district No. 4 is duly organized and existing as a political subdivision of the county, comprising the lands and premises within the following described legal descriptions (exclusive of incorporated city and towns):

All of Township 20 N, Range 38 EWM; all of Township 19 N, Range 38 EWM; the north half of Township 18 N, Range 38 EWM.

Fire protection district No. 5 is duly organized and existing as a political subdivision of Adams County, Washington, comprising the lands and premises within the following described legal descriptions, and including the town of Othello, a municipal corporation of the fourth class:

All of the townsite of the town of Othello, being a city of the fourth class; all of the Township 16 N, Range 28, EWM; all of Township 16 N, Range 29 EWM; all of Township 15 N, Range 28, EWM; all of Township 15 N, Range 29, EWM; Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 30 and 31 of Township 16 N, Range 30, EWM; Sections 6, 7, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 of Township 15 N, Range 30, EWM and bounded by a line more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 31, Township 15, North, Range 28, running thence East sixteen miles to the Southeast corner of Section 34, Township 15, North, Range 30; thence North two miles to the Northeast corner of Section 27, Township 15, North, Range 30; thence West one mile to the Northeast corner of Section 28, Township 15, North, Range 30; thence North two miles to the Northeast corner of Section 16, Township 15, North, Range 30; thence West two miles to the Northeast corner of Section 18, Township 15, North, Range 30; thence North eight miles to the Northeast corner of Section 6, Township 16, North, Range 30; thence West thirteen miles to the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 16, North, Range 28; thence south a distance of twelve miles to the point of beginning.

B.    The following described area of Adams County be and the same is declared to be severed and removed from fire district No. 2 and is annexed and merged with, and declared to be an integral part of fire district No. 5:

Townships 15 and 16 North, Range 30 East Willamett Meridian; excepting the following sections, which already comprise a part of Adams County Fire District No. 5, to wit: Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 30 and 31, of Township 16 North, Range 30 EWM; and Sections 6, 7, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, of Township 15 North, Range 30 EWM.
