TRAFFIC CODE ADOPTED

10.04.040 Adoption of amendments.
10.04.010 Title.
This chapter shall be known as the “Adams County Traffic Code” and it shall be sufficient to refer to this chapter or any part or portion thereof as the “Adams County Traffic Code” in any prosecution for the violation of any provisions thereof. (Ord. dated 8/1/77 § 1)
10.04.020 Reference—Prefix change.
Reference to all or any state statutes and/or portions or parts of state statutes adopted by this chapter shall be by Revised Code of Washington title, chapter and section number, as such title, chapter and section numbers are imposed by the Code Revisor, but deleting the prefix “RCW” and substituting the prefix “ACTC,” which prefix for the purposes of this chapter shall be the abbreviation for “Adams County Traffic Code.” (Ord. dated 8/1/77 § 2)
10.04.030 Adoption.
Except for the sections indicated below, all of RCW Chapter 46.90 is adopted by reference as the Adams County Traffic Code and included as though set forth in full herein, including all chapters and sections of the Revised Code of Washington adopted by reference in RCW Chapter 46.90. The following sections of Chapter 46.90 Revised Code of Washington are not adopted by reference herein as part of this Adams County Traffic Code: .210, .215, .235, .240, .245, .250, .255, .275, .500, .505, .515, .520, .525, .530, .535, .540, .560, .600, .610, .620, .630, .640, .650, .660 and .920. 10.04.040 Adoption of amendments.
Any amendment adopted by the Washington state legislature to any section of the Washington laws adopted by reference herein is adopted as a part of this traffic code. (Ord. dated 8/1/77 § 4)
