2.05.010 Establishment and purpose.
Pursuant to the authority contained in RCW 35A.21.070, there is established for the City the days and hours of operation of City Public Offices for the transaction of business. (Ord. C-500, 2002)
2.05.020 Office location.
The address of the City is 1208 South Lundstrom Street, Airway Heights, Washington 99001-0969. (Ord. C-500, 2002)
2.05.030 Days and hours of operation.
All City Offices will post on or about the building entryway the days and hours of operation for the Office. The days and hours of operation of City Hall will be from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on days legally designated as holidays or at times of emergency. (Ord. C-500, 2002)
2.05.040 Authority.
The City Manager is authorized to adopt policy to enforce the provisions of this chapter; provided, that the City Manager may alter the hours of operation of City Offices on a temporary basis as necessary for the efficient operation of the City. (Ord. C-500, 2002)
