CETA TITLE VI FUND
Sections:
3.08.010 Established.
There is established in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer a separate fund to be known as the “CETA Title VI fund.” (Ord. 168 § 1, 1977)
3.08.020 Source of moneys.
There shall be deposited into the fund all sums received from the Spokane City-County Manpower Consortium, such sums being derived from the federal government under Title VI of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. (Ord. 168 § 2, 1977)
3.08.030 Disbursement.
Disbursements from said fund shall be as authorized by the City Council, and solely for the purposes set out in said Subgrant Agreement and Title VI of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. (Ord. 168 § 3, 1977)
