URBAN ARTERIAL BOARD FUND

3.36.010 Created.

There is created in the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer a fund to be known as the “urban arterial board fund.” (Ord. 177 § 1, 1978)

3.36.020 Source of moneys.

There shall be deposited into the fund all of the sums received from the Urban Arterial Board and such other funds as the Council may from time to time direct. (Ord. 177 § 2, 1978)

3.36.030 Disbursements.

Disbursements from the fund shall be at the direction of the City Council, and shall be for such projects as may be funded by the Urban Arterial Board. (Ord. 177 § 3, 1978)
