ADVANCED WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY CONSERVATION FUND

3.74.010 Fund established.
There is hereby created an enterprise fund to be known as the “advanced water reclamation facility construction fund,” as prescribed by the Washington State Auditor’s Office in RCW 43.09.200. (Ord. C-626 § 2, 2006)
3.74.020 Source of funds.
Moneys to be deposited into this fund include federal and state grants, loan proceeds, contributions and donations from private sources, and any other moneys legally available, to be used for the payment of costs of the project. Any interest earnings on moneys invested from the construction fund shall be deposited into such construction fund and will be accounted for in accordance with any grant or loan requirements. (Ord. 3.74.030 Use of funds.
All moneys deposited into the fund shall be used for the planning, design, and construction of the advanced water reclamation facility as set forth in the annual City budget and as modified pursuant to state law. (Ord. C-626 § 4, 2006)
