ARPA RECOVERY FUND

3.97.010 Fund established.
A new fund entitled “ARPA recovery fund (Fund 108)” is hereby established for the purpose of receiving American Rescue Plan Act revenues to be used for the purposes permitted by the American Rescue Plan Act. (Ord. C-980 § 1, 2021)
3.97.020 Source of funds.
The Finance Director is authorized and instructed to establish an American Rescue Plan Act recovery fund, Fund 108, in which all ARPA funds shall be deposited and from which ARPA funds shall be withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and RCW 35A.33.120. (Ord. C-980 § 2, 2021)
3.97.030 Use of funds.
The City Council accepts hereby the ARPA funds, and authorizes the City Manager and the Finance Director to apply the ARPA funds to the City’s current and future budgets, as warranted or directed by the City Council in compliance with the terms and conditions of the American Rescue Plan Act award.
