NONFRANCHISED PUBLIC UTILITIES

13.08.010 Location outside City limits prohibited.
It is unlawful for all nonfranchised public utilities now serving or serving the City in the future to maintain the head office outside of the incorporated limits of the City. (Ord. 29, 1957)
13.08.020 Maintenance and record keeping – Clerk-Treasurer supervisory authority.
All books, records and Maintenance Department operations must be conducted within the limits of the City, and must at all times be under the direct supervision of the City Clerk-Treasurer. (Ord. 29, 1957)
13.08.030 Changes – Permission required.
The company in question must request and obtain permission and written approval from the Council of the City to make any changes at any time that will affect the function of the utility or change in any way the service offered to the residents of the City. (Ord. 29, 1957)
