ACCEPTANCE OF INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY

The city manager, the director of public works, and the director of planning and community development are each authorized to accept, on behalf of the city, dedications, easements, rights-of-way, fee estates or other interests in real property for use by or on behalf of the city. Pursuant to this authority, the city manager, the director of public works, or the director of planning and community development are each authorized to sign and accept delivery of real property acquisition documents on behalf of the city.
