15.124.010 Building permit and fee required when.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to move upon or locate upon any lot or tract of land under its ownership or control any trailer, trailer house, mobile home or manufactured home without first obtaining a building permit. (Ord. 17-05 § 2 (part), 2017: Ord. 95-769 § 3 (part), 1995)

15.124.020 Manufactured and mobile home location.

No camper, trailer house, or mobile home (being defined under Chapter 17.103 BGMC) shall be used except in a duly approved mobile home park, except as specifically authorized by the city of Battle Ground as a watchman or security quarters, or as temporary quarters on a construction site. Such temporary usage shall be reviewed by the public works director every one hundred eighty days. Manufactured homes, as defined by BGMC 17.103.462, shall be allowed only in a duly approved manufactured home park or on individual residential lots as a permitted use only within the city of Battle Ground as subject to BGMC 17.135.102.
