1.32.010 Powers granted – Authority.

The citizens of the city have declared their intention that they shall have the powers of initiative and referendum. Pursuant to RCW 35A.11.080 and 35A.02.020 and any and all other applicable statutes, the citizens of the city shall have the powers of initiative and referendum as listed in the applicable statutes providing for such powers in code cities.
