17.32.010 Purpose.

The intent of the single-family one (SF-1) district is to maintain and create an environment which meets the community needs for single-family dwellings with small accessory apartments, by restricting other uses within the district and by establishing a minimum lot size. 17.32.020 Uses.

Permitted uses shall be as defined in Table 17.32.A.

17.32.030 Design standards.

Garages shall be located off alleyways. Two parking stalls are required and at least one must be fully enclosed.

Deck and Eave Setbacks (Chapter 17.138 BMC)

 

Uncovered decks less than 30" above grade may encroach 50% into required setbacks.

 

Eaves may encroach 30% into required setback, but must be at least 3' from property boundary.
