13.06.010 Fluoridation prohibited.

The city shall not fluoridate any water originating from a city-owned water source, nor shall the city cause or allow the fluoridation of any water supply utilized by the city’s water service; provided, that this chapter shall not prohibit the use of fluoridated water when such fluoridated water is supplied to the city by another water purveyor to meet water service needs within the city’s water service area.
