OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC DECENCY*

9.12.020 Permitting prostitution.

9.12.010 Indecent exposure.
Whoever being over the age of fourteen years, makes an indecent exposure of his person, or of the person of another or commits any act of lewdness within or visible from any public place within the town limits shall be deemed guilty of the misdemeanor of public indecency. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
9.12.020 Permitting prostitution.
A person is guilty of permitting prostitution if, having possession or control of premises which he knows are being used for prostitution purposes, he fails without lawful excuse to make reasonable effort to halt or abate such use. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
9.12.030 Prostitution.
A person is guilty of prostitution if such person engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
9.12.040 Public indecency.
A person is guilty of public indecency if he makes any open and obscene exposure of his person or the person of another, knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
