FIRE APPARATUS AGREEMENT

The chief of the fire department, or any of his subordinates or individuals being in control of the fire engines, fire-fighting equipment and apparatus owned and controlled by the city, has authority to respond with said equipment and apparatus for the purpose of fighting fires in the city of Brewster; and any or all of said equipment may be taken to the city of Brewster at the discretion of the fire chief or anyone in control thereof for said purposes. 2.24.020 Authority to form mutual agreement with city of Brewster.
This authority is given for the purpose of forming a mutual agreement between the city of Bridgeport and the city of Brewster whereby each city may utilize the fire facilities of the other when such need arises. (Ord. 76 § 2, 1950)
