8.28.010 Standards—Frame structures.

All wood or coal burning devices installed in frame structures within the city shall meet the current Douglas County building code requirements and subsequent amendments thereto. (Ord. 288 (part), 1981)

8.28.020 Standards—Mobile homes.

Wood or coal burning devices installed in trailers or mobile homes shall meet the current requirements of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and subsequent amendments thereto. (Ord. 288 (part), 1981)

8.28.030 Administration of provisions.

This chapter shall be administered by such city official as the council may designate and shall take effect after proper notice has been given. (Ord. 288 (part), 1981)
