9.50.010 Theft in the third degree.
A person is guilty of theft in the third degree if he commits theft of property or services which does not exceed two hundred fifty dollars in value. (Ord. 254 (part), 1979)
9.50.020 Possessing stolen property in the third degree.
A person is guilty of possessing stolen property in the third degree if he possesses stolen property which does not exceed two hundred fifty dollars in value. (Ord. 254 (part), 1979)
