TRAFFIC IN PARKS AND CEMETERY

10.32.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person or persons of any age to ride or push any wheeled vehicle within the boundaries of any park or cemetery within the limits of the town. (Ord. 183 § 1, 1972)
10.32.020 Exception—Maintenance or repairs.
Motor vehicles will only be allowed for maintenance and/or repairs to town-owned property by authorized personnel. (Ord. 183 § 2, 1972)
10.32.030 Exception—Funerals.
Vehicles will be allowed in the cemetery only during a funeral and will be restricted to the roadway only. (Ord. 183 § 3, 1972)
10.32.040 Penalty for violation.
A. Any person or persons in violation of this chapter or parts of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars, or by thirty days imprisonment, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
B. If any juvenile is in violation of this chapter his or her parents and/or legal guardian will be held responsible for his or her juvenile’s violation. (Ord. 183 § 4, 1972)
