FIREMEN’S RELIEF AND PENSION ACT1

2.72.010 Benefits.
On and after January 1, 1968, all firemen, including volunteer and fully paid, shall be entitled to the benefits of death, disability, pension and retirement benefit and other conditions all as provided under Chapter 41.16 RCW entitled Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act. (Ord. 720 § 1, 1967).
