GENERAL PAYROLL ACCOUNT1

3.08.030 Issuance of warrants.
3.08.010 Established.
The city establishes a general payroll fund account for the purpose of paying the various city employees from one payroll account. (Ord. 06-15 § 5, 2015; Ord. 745 § 1, 1968).
3.08.020 Transfer of funds.
The city authorizes and approves the transfer by the city treasurer from the various departmental accounts sufficient payroll funds on a monthly basis to pay the salaries of the city employees. (Ord. 06-15 § 5, 2015; Ord. 745 § 2, 1968).
3.08.030 Issuance of warrants.
The city treasurer is authorized to issue warrants payable to the general fund account and is directed to make the necessary transfer of payroll funds on the city’s books of account. (Ord. 06-15 § 5, 2015; Ord. 745 § 3, 1968).
