FAILURE TO RESPOND TO NOTICE

There shall be imposed a $10.00 penalty for failure to timely respond to a notice of parking infraction within 15 days following issuance. (Ord. 1058 § 1, 2005; Ord. 823 § 1, 1993; Ord. 816 § 1, 1993).
