2.100.010 Employee benefits – Form of enactment.

Employee compensation and benefits applicable to bargaining unit employees shall be as set forth in the duly approved collective bargaining unit agreement applicable to the employees in question. Employee benefits applicable to exempt and full-time nonbargaining unit employees of the city shall be formulated by the mayor in the form of a personnel policy which shall be approved by the city council by resolution.
