SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM

18.08.010 Adopted.
A. The city adopts by reference the Shoreline Master Program Adoption Draft dated June 5, 2015, and incorporates the same in this chapter as though set forth in detail herein. For publication and reference purposes, it shall be re-entitled “Shoreline Master Program As Adopted November 2016.” The city clerk-treasurer shall maintain at least three reference copies at City Hall and shall cause the document to be posted and maintained on the city’s website. The city librarian shall also retain and make available a reference copy in the library’s holdings.
B. The Castle Rock Shoreline Master Program last adopted by Ordinance No. 2016-09 in 2016 is hereby repealed in its entirety, and replaced as set forth in Exhibit A attached to the ordinance codified in this section. [Ord. 2022-03 § 2, 2022; Ord. 2016-09 § 5, 2016; Ord. 504 § 1, 1979].
