The city of Centralia states its intent to join the Timberland Regional Library District of Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific and Thurston Counties by including the city of Centralia as part of such district through the annexation procedures set forth in RCW 27.12.360 and 27.12.370. (Ord. 1505 § 1, 1982).
