The water department of the city of Centralia is authorized and directed as soon as possible after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section to add fluoride to the public water supply of the city, in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington and the standards, rules, and regulations of the Washington State Board of Health pertaining thereto. (Ord. 1066 § 1, 1959).
