6.16.010 Program adopted—Purpose and policy exhibits.

The Centralia Wellness Program, as set forth in Exhibits A and B attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and incorporated herein by this reference, is adopted. (Ord. 1727 § 1, 1991).

6.16.020 Benefits considered as part of employee compensation program.

The benefits available to participating employees and their eligible family members shall be deemed part of the overall compensation program for such employees. (Ord. 1727 § 2, 1991).
