10.56.010 Permit—Required when.

All persons, corporations, and/or utilities desiring to perform work upon, or obstructing or making installations that cause disturbance, disruption, or damage to city streets, alleys, rights-of-way, bridges, parking lots, parks, or other public places within the city are required to obtain a permit from the city council or their designated representatives before proceeding therewith. 10.56.020 Permit—Application.

The city council or their designated representative is authorized and directed to require applications for the performance of work, obstructing or making installations on city streets, alleys, rights-of-way, bridges, parking lots, parks, or other public places upon such forms and regulations as are or hereafter shall be approved by resolution by the city council. (Ord. 1848 § 49, 1995: Ord. 1688 § 22 (part), 1990).

10.56.030 Regulation promulgation authority.

The city council is authorized to adopt fee schedules, forms and regulations by resolution to carry into effect the intent of this chapter. (Ord. 1848 § 50, 1995: Ord. 1688 § 22 (part), 1990).
