1.08.010 Classification of city.
The classification of noncharter code city as provided in the Optional Municipal Code, RCW Title 35A, is adopted as the classification for the government of the city. [Ord. 60B, 1975.]
1.08.020 Plan of government.
The plan of government for the city shall be, and is, reorganized under the council-manager plan of government as provided in the Optional Municipal Code, RCW Title 35A; provided, however, the commission plan of government shall be retained until the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. [Ord. 60B, 1975.]
