RULES OF EVIDENCE
Sections:
3.20.010 Admissible evidence.
All evidence that is relevant to a case may be admitted in proceedings before the Court, except the following rights shall not be violated:
A. The defendant’s right, in all cases, to confront witnesses against him; and

3.20.020 Reliability.
