1.04.010 County declared third class—Population fixed.

The board of county commissioners for Chelan County, state of Washington, finds the population of Chelan County to be forty thousand six hundred thirty-three and the same is declared and fixed as the population of Chelan County. From and after the entry of this order, Chelan County shall be considered and classified for all purposes a county of the third class according to the population as determined in this section.
