COMMISSIONERS’ OFFICE PETTY CASH FUND

1.17.010 Commissioners’ office petty cash fund.

(a)    A petty cash fund is established for the commissioners’ office for the purpose of paying nominal expenditures.

(b)    The established amount of the fund shall be fifty dollars.

(c)    Use of the monies shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the commissioners’ office.

(d)    All expenditures shall be substantiated by original receipts verifying all transactions. (Res. 97-3, 1/13/97).
